Madeleine is a Colorado-based musician with over 10 years of experience in the event and wedding industry. She transplanted from Austin, Texas, where she played in numerous touring bands and co-fronted Austin’s beloved bluegrass band Steel Betty. She is a multi-instrumentalist who knows how to create the perfect soundscape for the moment. Depending on the occasion, she can assemble and lead a 5-piece bluegrass band or play a solo set of country and singer-songwriter classics, originals, or request songs.

We would love to help create the perfect atmosphere for your special occasion! Typically, a wedding ceremony would include pre-ceremony music, either played over the sound system or performed live. Whether Madeleine is playing solo, in a duo, or as a trio, she can work with you to choose the 3 songs for the service. This includes a song for the bridal party, the bride, and a post-ceremony celebratory piece, either played live or over the sound system. Inquire with us about wireless microphones or other sound needs during the ceremony!

Depending on your vision and budget, we can create a full band, trio, duo or solo act to play during the cocktail hour. Typically, this would be a mix of upbeat and more mellow folk, Americana, or bluegrass tunes that blend into the environment of your wedding celebration. Whether inside or outside, we can figure out the right sound for the occasion!

We can! We often provide an aux cable and have music queued to play between our musical sets or before a ceremony. We can work with you on what music you would like or we will choose a suitable playlist.

Absolutely! Depending on how long it takes to learn a song and the number of requests, there may be an additional cost. Typically, our rate for a request is around $100 - $300 per song. Feel free to inquire about a specific song!
